Job Description

• Assistance in preparation and negotiations of standard contracts, procurement contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and similar contracts;
• To support preliminary and follow-up works related to lawsuits,
• To scan and monitor the laws, regulations and other legislation binding the clients, to initiate the necessary compliance procedures, and to follow up and to report regularly,
• To follow up and answer the legal correspondences and requests,
• To advise all the clients in regards to competition law, company law, labour law,


Qualifications

• Having graduated from one of the leading law schools, master degree is an advantage,
• Minimum 3 years of experience,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Experience in Competition, Company, Labour and Commercial Law,
• Preferably with experience in contracts, litigation, arbitration and enforcement,
• Preferably with experience in mergers and acquisitions, registration of general assembly and board of directors decisions,
• Excellent English language proficiency,
• Outstanding communication skills,
